Glitch in March to October after trade

I play the Cincinnati Reds and just started a continuation after winning tge world series. Fir some reason Votto disappeared. After starting a new season I found he was on the AA team fir the Dodgers. I put him down as a player to target in a trade. I was offered Votto fir some minor leaguers. I accepted and as usual it asks if I want to look at lineups and it showed Votto and I placed him in the lineup. Then it as it normally does has you play as that player to improve him during the season. Well the fame starts and I am not playing as Votto, but playing the whole game and I check no Votto on the roster. I play the whole game and after the box score pops up and disappears it locks up.. never gives me the X to close out. I went out of tge game and went back in and it showed the same thing about Votto but I play the game and it's again not Votto. I play the game and as I suspect it freezes up again after the game us played. Now there is no way to get past this part. Also the past you had a choice to start a new March to October. Now you don't. Its either off season or continue which you would think would be the same thing.. why did you take away the choice to start a new March to October with a new team? Only way i can is to delete my Reds team from the system.. please fix that as well.. thanks

Press square when MTO is selected in the main menu to start a second MTO. When you have two save files and want to resume the one not most recently played, press square for the option to load the other one.
