My defense locks up sometimes help!!!

Not sure why but my defense locks up sometimes. Anytime its a dribbler my pitcher just stands there and i cant move him. Same with past balls, i cant move my catcher. And when I get put into a specific player moment when he fields he doesnt move. Is this a bug or a known issure or wth?
