Last 2 years I’m confident in saying they’re minds were on expanding the game onto new platforms…XBOX and Switch. The minor changes to gameplay show that.

We just simply need new gameplay for once, more than new animations or pitching interfaces.

*Hitting - I’m sure SDS reads every year how we debate back and forth on how hitting should be and what outcomes occur. Give us something new, anything really, let us have something fresh. Keep your RNG if you want but don’t be afraid to let players fail if they did something wrong. The inner PCI should represent the bat, not where the batter is looking (I still don’t get that), and hits are determined by where at on the PCI you hit the ball. Outer PCI needs to go…I feel that’s what’s causing a lot of problems and randomness.

*Fielding - I’m certain they said Diamond fielders won’t make errors on routine plays. I’ve had a couple costly ones already this year. Stick to your word on what to expect with certain caliber of players. The random game forced errors at crucial times by Diamond fielders on routine plays need to stop. I understand it happens in real baseball but I’m controlling these little baseball guys and if I do everything right with my input for them….I expect them to execute.

*Graphics - Can anyone see any real improvements? I can’t. We are in Next Gen territory, powerful machines, yet it still looks like I’m on PS4.

*Custom hitting views online - This would be a game changer for some. I see no reason why if we can create an entire stadium complete with lighting and all….tweaking an already existing hitting view should be possible too.

*New hitting, confidence in fielding, new graphics and some user friendly additions would take this game to a new level. It’s almost there and I hope they’re not spending all they’re time prepping the game for a PC release next year instead of focusing on gameplay.

I'm not trying to be a [censored] I'm just asking. After 16 years of the PCI not being the bat you want them to change completely what the PCI represents? Also if it it going to represent the bat it would have to be the same size and shape for every single player therefore meaning the RNG that you hate would have to play a bigger part in determining the hits.

Your right, let’s just keep it the way it has been. No issues/complaints have ever been brought up over the years so why fix it if everyone likes it.

Actually their priority next year should be in eliminating server errors, lost cards and stubs and freezes.

Here is the funny thing, if the PCI is not the bat, what the hell is the point of it? Logically if it is not the bat then it shouldn't even be there. I think SDS say it's not the bat as it's the only way they can justify the inconsistent hitting mechanics in the game. By the way, I am not complaining about the hitting, but it is inconsistent at best.

This years big problem in the game is the Arcade-like CPU fielding where it seems like all CPU fielding attributes are 120+.

This is why noone takes you seriously. You come up with stupid ideas and are a little [censored] when someone disagrees with you. I never said it didn't need some tweaking, I said restarting from the ground up would be stupid. As would your idea of the PCI being the bat if you also want to eliminate as much RNG as possible.

Oh so this is the constructive criticism and immense game knowledge you even talking about. Somebody brings up one completely valid point and you act like the douche queen you’ve always been.
