Purchased subs from PS store website, haven’t received in game.

I purchased stubs (67,000) and (150,000) on the Playstation store website and I have only received the 67,000 stubs, I have called PS support and went through all the motions but nothing seemed to work. Wondering if anyone on here has had a similar situation and can help?

Submit a support ticket through the MLB The Show website, it’ll take a while to hear back unfortunately (for me it was about 4 days or so) but they’ll reimburse you the stubs.

Did you redeem them in the stubs section in game? If that isn't it you will have to contact support
