Stadium Creator - How do I change background and ground type?

It seems the backdrop is a field and the ground is just grass. Last year we could change it to like a city and coastal. Anyone know how to change/edit this in stadium creator?

that only pulls up properties to change the name, city, location, altitude, year built and seating color. nothing else

At that part of the wheel, you scroll to find the other things to modify, like the scenery!
