Pulled Mike Trout but game had an error…

I pulled live series Mike Trout on launch night but I got the classic error message and when I backed out of the pack my Mike Trout was gone. It was not in my inventory nor was I able to sell it for whatever the stubs were.

I get this game has issues really early on as it does every year, so I don’t mind the errors in the game. The game is always really bad early in but a couple weeks in gets good again.

I have proof that I pulled him because I clipped it on my PS4 as long as messages from friends I was playing with letting them know who I pulled.

I filed a report ticket and hopefully I can get him back considering it is the first time I pulled in over 6 years.

I had a pack with 14 trouts, but the game went offline and I logged back in, they were gone.

Yes, because they are going to believe that because you told your friends you pulled him, that makes it real. Unless you screenshot the pull and then the subsequent errors, I don't think they will do anything.
