Why, when I go into my Twitch account, to claim my drops from the stream last night does it say that I still have to watch 27 mins of content BEFORE I can claim them; even though I watched the WHOLE stream LIVE?

I just spent another 20 mins rewatching the stream from yesterday and 20 suffering through a Koogs stream and it STILL tells me that I have to watch 27 more minutes.
I had issues getting drops last year and I see I'm going to have trouble getting drops this year.

Seems like you could just play the mystery conquest map and get a box of 5 packs quicker than trying to earn them by watching twitch.

If they give them to me. But I see what you mean. Is that repeatable?

The stream had to be watched live - going back and watching it won't do anything. On the up side, the next time they turn drops on, you'll only have 27 mins to watch someone with drops active to get that pack.

The stream had to be watched live - going back and watching it won't do anything. On the up side, the next time they turn drops on, you'll only have 27 mins to watch someone with drops active to get that pack.
Yeah. I watched the WHOLE thing Live but still didn't get any drops.

That sucks!
When I watch a drops activated stream, I keep an eye on the progression bar and when it hits 100% I go and claim that pack and then do whatever it takes to get the counter to restart. Sometimes that means leaving the page and going back to it, sometimes it restarts on its own after I claim the pack.

I'm assuming you watch via the CPU?
See, I either watch thru my PS4 or the app on my phone. So I have no idea where to look for a progression bar.
Heck, it took me almost 25 mins trying to get Twitch to come up via my browser instead of the app.
It's only a few packs and like what @Dolenz_PSN stated; I can do a run through of the Conquest Mystery Map in less time.

Under your picture there is a drop down menu. In that menu is Drops. If you click on that, it will show you the progression bar.
It's true, you can earn them faster and the drop packs I got had nothing good in them.

Ok. Yeah. I seen that. That's where it states that I am at 10% of 30 (whatever that means) and I have 27 more minutes to watch.
