PCI Lock

I loved using it in practice, but it's really hard to place with L3.
Suggestion -- use R3 to activate, then the direction pad to place it.

Also I wonder if this will be a new way for certain players to slow the game down a la R2 in the past.

It locks the PCI in one of 9 places in the SZ.
I think it is supposed to help us that drop it way too often.

I thought it was difficult at first but then I realized I didn’t have to get it right on the little dot I wanted to anchor. Now it’s pretty easy.
