How do you guys feel about the new patch?

Haven’t played yet, just want to know if pitching and hitting are still trash

I haven't played yet either, but I'm not taking anyone's opinion for truth either. I'll just play for myself later today and form my opinions.

Yup still trash...just played a game...every single good timing/good contact is a pop out or line out. I had one perfect for a homerun.
Baserunning seems worse after the patch, fielders just watch the ball go by and baserunners keep running around bases when stealing 2nd. Pitching seems a bit better, but umps still suck. -

I vote we give it more than 2-3 hours and more like 2-3 days or so days before anyways starts saying it did or didn't fix anything.

I mean you can get a good/good with the ball not even being close to center so I don't view good/good as something that's too relevant.

I’m loving it actually. Maybe I’m just hot today but hitting feels rewarding. It’s no day one, but I actually want to play this version of the game... so that’s good.

why can't there be a slider to speed up or slow down your PCI..It seems the ball is always just at the top of the PCI or just at the bottom of it and then there are other times where u just flat out over shoot the ball..There is no in between..And before you haters jump on the whining wagon and complainer trailer I'm just asking not complaining..If I could move my PCI a little faster I think I'd be ok at the game..

Exactly and there seems like a ton of people here don't understand. I think people think good/good should always be a hit, but you can get a good/good swing on a ball that is impossible to really do anything with.
Good/Good is not relevant at all in knowing whether you should have gotten a hit. Other factors are hitter stats, pitcher stats, location of pitch, type of pitch.
