RTTS has literally nothing new added to it. Just a bunch of reskinned menus and more pod cast [censored] NOBODY cared about.

I mean I didn’t expect anything new after a year. Changes in these games take a few years once they’ve overhauled the system. At least they tried to address the main issues from last year that they could.

Actually after rewatching the presentation video, i came across some info i missed before. I think RTTS is going back to Old school with immersion side of things.
They touched on how rivalry games will be more realistic. Now they didn't go into details, but it did come across to me like in the "Old Days" when you made playoffs the crowd was alot louder throughout the whole game. During the Beta as well i even noticed crack of bat was louder.
They also brought in a new guy from ESPN who did the writing (sorry don't remember name) but i have a feeling it's going to be more immersive.
Then they also talked about how the commentary and videos at ALL levels will be dynamic specifically to your ballplayer. With all this still being the foundation side of things alot to be excited about with regards to this mode Imo. They even mentioned alot of things under the hood have changed. Which is good especially when talking about it being the foundation for the future.
Alot of people want this and that right now but i think for the sake of getting mode right this new direction is gonna be the point where people look back and say "i'm so glad they did this!! "

I agree. While it doesn't have everything I want, it at least looks like it has potential to begin the move in the right direction. Looks like they saw the iceberg and have started steering away. Cautious optimism is the name of the game for me.
