The game is too ratings reliant. The control rating should only effect how wild the meter snaps back. If u hit the sweet spot the pitch should end up exactly where it was aimed, above: the pitch should hang, and below the sweet spot it should dive. It's way too inconsistent and frustrating when I execute and the ball ends up wherever.

Then you would end up with every pitch in the game being able to dot every pitch. Not realistic

Not if you have the sweet spot skinnier and the meter flying around for guys with less control ratings and faster snap back when more velocity is applied. There's no consistency with the current over relient on ratings algorithm results. Ratings should mostly dictate difficulty, NOT outcome, is what I'm saying.

I been using meter since 2017. The key is to know how to manipulate your pitches with the pitcher you are using. I hardly ever try to throw a perfect pitch with meter, the ball will end up getting crushed 9 out of 10 times.

Playing with people who are not alive
    Bat skins
fielders have no urgency on key plays
    Created crazy stadiums with dinosaurs
Everyone on the field and in the stands freezing
Legends wearing cleats of players signature shoes that played after their time

    Unrealistic

Believe it or not perfection can be realistic a batter can go 5-5 and make no errors or mental mistakes...a pitcher Can throw a perfect game.

    1+1= 2 (realistic)
    1+1= 57(unrealistic)

Giving the right answer and getting wrong result is unrealistic.

    Ya but in real life......

This is a video game...your not playing baseball.

    Doc: do you exercise?

You: yes I play baseball about three hours a day

Doc: really? What league pro? Recreational?

You: mlb the show it's a video game

Doc: laughs....that's not playing baseball. That's playing a video game

If you dont want people to be perfect...make it more difficult to square up a pitch or dot a pitch.

Realism just gives the game and exit strategy and control of every play
