DH in diamond dynasty

Every year I dread as most people do to use pitchers to hit. Not only that but I can’t use any cards with low or common fielding. MLB now has full DH in the league please for the love of god add this in the game. NO ONE WANTS TO HIT WITH PITCHERS PLEASE ADD IT. And allow us to use Ohtani at DH too.

I believe Ramone said Ohtani was fixed to play offense and pitch and I agree DH def needs to be added

The CBA has to be fully signed and agreed to before SDS will put it in the game.

I prefer to keep pitchers in hitting in the game even with CBA signed and universal DH.

It would be cool to give us the option. You can turn on if you want DH or not in settings and then whoever has home field would get their settings applied. Kind of like AL NL

The DH would be fine in offline play, it does not need to be incorporated in online play. The game doesn’t need to be giving online players an extra 99 with obscene attributes.

For offline grinding it makes sense, conquest probably not, but do 9 innings or an offline seasons mode I think it would be great.

It would be great in CQ as well. Mainly cause I like to leave my SP in to parallel them. Would nice if I had a DH so pitcher does not have to hit. It would give me an extra hitter to parallel.

Here is something you might not know, some people can actually hit with their pitchers. If you are good at the game the pitcher hitting isn’t a big deal. If you’re bad at the game why would you want your opponent to have an extra 99 with silly unrealistic attributes to have to navigate around. So it makes a big difference in the competitiveness of the game. Having a pitcher hit allows for strategy to be implemented.

Preach, I hope it stays. With Ohtani being who he is and on the cover I don’t see there being a full DH in the game next year.

like on one hand I wouldnt mind having the dh, since its equal to everyone and I swear on everything pitchers online hit close to 300 against me, and I take it serious like no no no no meat balls for you. on the other hand fml another chance to put a david ortiz in or frank thomas .... or arguably worse someone like kenny lofton to bunt on me to flip a lineup over or something.

Universal DH doesn't even have anything to do with the fact that even in AL vs. AL moments they have you hit with the pitcher, even when the moment is strictly based on PITCHING.
It makes absolutely no sense.

The DH takes so much strategy outta the game. I understand the universal DH is inevitable and coming. I'll accept it since I have no choice but I certainly don't welcome it.
