Anti-pitch clock?

I kinda feel like I need one. The time between when your opponent pitches should be like 3-5 secs longer. People are just spamming pitches and firing them in there a billion miles an hour and I don’t even have a chance to breathe, especially in a close game late. I’d like to have a delay before the pitchers wind up of 3-5 seconds after it gives the ball back to the pitcher. Let me think about the situation a bit. I get into swing mode when guys are firing 102 mph fastballs and sinkers all over the corners of the zone and then immediately dropping 80 changeups just off the corner mixed in with an illegal 94 mph slider. Would like a chance to decide how I want to strikeout or roll over to short. I’d probably hate it actually pitching, but good lord, some of these games are lasting 27 minutes. I’m good when I sit down to play a ranked game to grind out 9 over an hours time. That’s ok, then maybe there’s some actual baseball being played in there, rather than a pitching machine on the mound slamming the buttons and plopping each pitch on the black with no time to react.

Do what I do; if my opponent is quick pitching: I hold R2 until they stop.

I never played anyone online this year. My first year ever doing that. One of the reasons...this right here. Add on the constant pausing and the constant bunt spamming.....

Some people like to work fast. If it bothers you so much then hold down R2 to buy yourself a little time…otherwise get better at being ready, pitching shouldn’t conform just cause you take forever

The only option you have as of now is to use R2. I wish they would program into the game that the pitcher comes completely set, but I don’t see that happening.

so you want to add 10 minutes to an already long RS game? no thanks.
