Please Hire Someone Who Passed a Physics Class

The ball flight randomness has been bothering me all year, but it wasn’t until yesterday that I was bored enough (2 straight work snow days) to bust out the college physics books.

Was the wind blowing in?

You can check your own results here (without having to do the math yourself)
I'm assuming that the "Bard" in your user name refers to "a composer, singer, or declaimer of epic or heroic verse". Plus, you know physics. Is there anything you can't do? Except maybe hit home runs in the MLBTS universe.

A renaissance man, for sure.

Oops. Oh well, bring on better physics in 22.

I would love a game with super realistic physics but realistically a lot of people would hate it. There would be less home runs and a lot more weak hits.

So it would be TS19? Lol

If we can't get physics...how about simple geometry? If I'm "Just Early" on a fastball down the middle...How does it get Yanked into the dugout?

I don't really remember 19 having too many weak hits, besides Ichiro bloop singles. I enjoyed the game at the time, but it was lineout city. There would be more lineouts in a single game than an MLB team would have in a week.

Does high school physics count?
