I think a deal will be made within a month at a minimum. It seems like their differences are pretty small comparable to other lockouts that I can remember through all sports. As someone who remembers missing an entire World Series it would be disastrous for everyone involved if it ended up going any further.

That they are inching closer. They are meeting again tomorrow which is a good step.
