As soon as I turned cross play off I am having no issues hitting is easier pitching is way more accurate and less glitchy I'd have at least 10 more wins if I hadn't been wasting my time playing when it's stacked against me

I haven't seen issues with connectivity in cross play. What I have noticed is that playing an xbox person tends to be an easier game over a PlayStation player. Probably more casuals because of gamepass.

I have to say anytime I play someone on xbox using deform or verlander, i feel like my timing is atrocious

Same here as soon as I switched off cross play,no more disco.

For Xbox players, you can turn off cross play by blocking cross-network play in the “privacy and online safety” tab under “account” in Xbox settings.
Not to mention, I’m home for the holidays and don’t have a wired connection like I usually do.. its pretty miserable on wireless. -
