That last Gen is not powerful enough to smoothly run this game yet God of War can run on a PS4 slim with no issues it's absolutely hilarious

Offline MLB runs very smoothly on a ps4, try finding a game that isn't single-player to make your case

    Excellent point
    1.BloodBorne
    2.Ghost of Tshshima
    3.GTA 5
These are just a few games that run extremely well on last Gen look I'm not saying this game isn't great I just think it could run better considering the games I just listed run so well on last gen

I play GTA online and it is not always smooth. If you get more than 20 in a lobby, it’s a lagfest.

I don't play it anymore really but when I did I didn't have noticeable issues but I see your point

Ghost of Tshshima runs at 30FPS on PS4 lol. And GTA V is old game. Came out on PS3.

Blood Borne also an old game. Had to look it up. 30 FPS on PS4.

When PS5 came out all people did was rave how they can finally play Ghost of Tshshima at a smooth 60 FPS.

Though have to mention Hardware FPS drops and Internet Multi player lag are not the same thing at all. One is a server issue, one is a machine issue.

I would be more than happy with a consistent 30fps the problem is this game can't seem to do that offline or online it remains choppy and stutters in gameplay and cutscenes while other highly detailed games run smoothly that's my main issue why can't this game run without noticable frame drops

Its all about the scenes being rendered. Honestly I think they try to do too much with the crowd and the crowd animations in this game. I think that hogs a lot of the resources. I play games like RDR2 and while these games look beautiful and all, they do a good job at using the processing power to work were it needs to to show you great detail and play as smooth as possible. MLB TS has great details on everything in every scene it seems, slowing it down. Maybe blur out the crowd some, have the background blur a little when showing quick animations or something. IDK. I am not an expert in that field. I just know for a couple years now MLB TS has struggled on PS4. And It isnt gonna get better unless they lessen the graphics.

If they could just give us the ability to change a few settings next year to stabilize the framerate I would be happy considering how hard it is to find a next gen system at MSRP hopefully SDS will consider it
