Parallel 5 Help

I've never paralleled a player to 5. I play offline.
My closest guy is Monthly Aware Buxton. I see he is at 9733PXP at Parallel 4.
So when he this 10000 PXP then does that mean he's parallel 5'd??
How long offline will it take me to get this? Or is it faster to do it in an online event game?

The fastest way to do it would be to play the orioles on rookie or vet, and quit after Buxtons second AB with him batting leadoff. Understandable if you don't want to do that though

It will take you slight longer than it takes to get a card from brand new to parallel 1, which is typically pretty quick. 10 points per at bat so even if you didn't get on base once the absolute maximum at bats it would take is 27

If you’re good at online, that’s obviously the faster way. If you stink online. Then it’s faster to grind off getting xbh and runs than to (maybe) scratch out a few singles in events.
