I'm going to yo out on a limb and say that it's going to be either Mccovey or a really good Jeff Bagwell.

The wording just says “new program rewards” though, which sounds like it’ll just be a new 90 point reward along with new golds and silvers.

Golds and silvers can help me get Griffey which works for me ... I don’t play online and didn’t keep up as I thought I did so missing 1-3 for 6 sets to finish

Maybe thats right because if it is a new 99 player that would make 10 battle royale top tier cards and only 9 ranked seasons which would mean another ranked seasons reward is still coming and what could possibly top Trout out of the remaining players?
SDS this is a long shot but if it is only a 90/95 overall player can it please be the lightning Mondesi from last year.

They'll still be expensive unless you at BR and pull them from the packs on the Reward Path

Pujols is the highest career WAR player SDS has rights to that doesn’t have a max card.

The new tweet today said new Conquest & collection on the 10th. Is that just a weird way of saying the XP from collecting the players from the previous inning, or something different?

Yeah, I saw that too. I got excited for a second but I believe you are correct. I think it just means the xp and reward for having all 3 bosses, Finest and whatever other collections they'll have attached to the new Inning.
