Hit a massive slump

I don’t know if I’m pressing or it’s some anxiety thing with ranked but all of a sudden I’m late on every fastball and early on every off speed pitch. I can’t place the pci to save my life. This is on hof which I’ve been great at all year until now i guess. I don’t know what’s wrong. Anybody else ever experience this?
