The bats were there towards the end of the season they just did not show up in the wildcard game. They did face some pretty good pitching in that game and it still went into the late innings.
so did my braves, and we didn't have Acuna for the whole postseason, LMFAO

Don't be a poor winner. It looks bad.
Your team won the WS. You can't elevate them any higher by diminishing the other teams and their fans.

NL MVP - Bryce Harper

The Giants(I assume) writer that gave a 10th place vote to Lamonte Wade is 100% why the writers shouldn't vote. Harper was the right choice though
-
AL MVP - Shohei Ohtani

As much as I like Brandon Crawford as a player, there’s no way in hell he should’ve received 4 first place votes. Trea Turner should’ve finished at least 3rd as well. At least they did ultimately vote the correct winner in Harper though. It just sucks that there’s always going to be writers that put their personal bias into votes, like that Mets writer that gave Daniel Murphy a 1st place vote in 2016 to keep Kris Bryant from being the unanimous MVP.

Yep. Absolutely way to much bias involved(I won't get into the Rick Porcello Cy Young again but that's a prime example). Should be voted on by managers or players IMO. Same for the hall of fame

How is it that the Tigers weren't even in the running for ROY??

Probably because the Tigers had their rookie season a long time ago.
