Stamina strategy

So, I want to use more than 5 starters since I have that many. What is the best strategy to using more than five guys but also allowing them to replenish stamina and be ready the next time I want to use them? It’s pretty simple when you’re just rolling five starters, but does anyone have a good way to roll maybe 5-10 guys (or more)?

I use way more than 5 starters lol. I just leave in the guys who need to recover stamina and take out the guys who are full stamina if I'm not starting them next game.
