Having trouble logging into companion app/PSN

Somehow I’m logged in here, but every time I’ve attempted to login to the app or my PlayStation, it won’t allow me.
I get a message that I’ve been banned for something to do with a violation of terms of service… I coach high school football. Literally I haven’t logged on since August, and now I’m unable to when I try. I haven’t had time to violate terms of service lol
Help would be appreciated.
