I honestly hate Kyle’s content and I don’t like him as a person but I 100% agree with what he’s saying. I’m not a top 50 player by any means but I like the challenge of playing on legend and being a top 300-400 player and right now for that demographic the game is really bad how bouncy the pci is along with bad pci resulting in hits and home runs and connection altering timing windows. All of that just makes it unplayable at that level and the devs are gonna have to reduce the sensitivity in the next patch ASAP again just my opinion but it seems like a lot of people experiencing this agree

I mean most of them don’t have a social life or have a significant other and talk a lot about struggling with mental illness and depression or at least show signs of it. Yeah they make money playing a kids game but it’s not like it’s some dream occupation. Not necessarily something to envy over.

So let’s me get this straight, these guys play a video game (that we all are playing also) for 3-4 hours a day. Then they get off and edit their videos that they have made during their twitch streams for another 2-3 hours. All while at home with their wives and children (some not all). And they have the rest of the day to do grown up things like yard work or helping with household chores. Oh that’s right and their getting paid handsomely (streamers like Kyle, Kevin, Koogs, and Dimmu are all making six figure incomes) from twitch along with sponsorship pay from energy drink companies and kontrol Freaks. I’d say that seems to be a pretty nice way to make a living and not have to deal with things like bad bosses and bad co-workers or being told they have to mask up in their work place or get a mandatory vaccine to be able to keep their job. Something tells me that we (meaning you and I) are the ones who don’t have it figured out. But hey keep bad mouthing these guys I’m pretty sure they don’t care and why should they.

I mean, if I complained even a fraction of the amount he does, I would simply play a different game that I enjoy more. He’s stuck playing this game whether he wants to or not though. He has a following because of his skill level, not because of his personality as a content creator. If he stopped playing MLBTS and streamed other games instead, I guarantee his fan growth would totally stagnate and eventually start decreasing. He has no choice but to play this game that he says is the worst it’s ever been, and for that I honestly kinda feel bad for him.

There are roughly 6 million users of this particular franchise since the game dropped in April. The amount of users who actually come to this community is not 6 million. I would venture to guess that these forums have seen maybe 120k. That’s a far cry from 6 million. 80 percent of The show participants would be like 5 million users. That is all

It's just a very common case of projecting. "I feel this way, so most other people must to". Same thing happens when someone gets burned out on the game, they just talk about how it's a dead game because they are projecting that burned out feeling on the community as a whole.
That's not to say every complaint is a form of that, but 80% of complaints can be chalked up to that.
(Also that last bit is sarcasm for anyone that thinks I'm serious).

6 million, huh? Well then, DD must be a tiny fraction of their player base since there are only like 500k of the most parallel 1 card. And how many of those 6 million are still playing the game at all (that speaks way louder than words on a forum after all).

I honestly hate Kyle’s content and I don’t like him as a person but I 100% agree with what he’s saying. I’m not a top 50 player by any means but I like the challenge of playing on legend and being a top 300-400 player and right now for that demographic the game is really bad how bouncy the pci is along with bad pci resulting in hits and home runs and connection altering timing windows. All of that just makes it unplayable at that level and the devs are gonna have to reduce the sensitivity in the next patch ASAP again just my opinion but it seems like a lot of people experiencing this agree

I’d like to know where you get your info. Because if you’re basing your info on these forums then you might want to retract your statement. There are roughly 6 million users of this particular franchise since the game dropped in April. The amount of users who actually come to this community is not 6 million. I would venture to guess that these forums have seen maybe 120k. That’s a far cry from 6 million. 80 percent of The show participants would be like 5 million users. That is all
