For the heck of it, I tried running during an infield fly rule. I was the runner on first with 1 out. I ran to second, was tagged out, double play. I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know if that's possible in real life...

Infield fly makes it just like the ball was caught, whether it hits the ground or not

One infield fly is called, the batter is automatically out unless dropped in foul ground, but general rules still apply aside from forced advancement on a dropped ball. Tag up to advance, ect.
