Mascot icons

I know this is a dumb question but how do you get the mascot ICONS (Not nameplates, icons) I’ve seen them in the menu but can’t figure out for the life of me how they’re obtained. Not in any TA or nothin’ anyone know how of if I can even still get these?
Edit: So seems like these will be in a new TA, they all were discovered by the same guy and there’s not every team. But I’m determined to be the first to get the Pittsburg Parrot. Just cause I like the way he looks
