Last year you guys released a beta ppl generally thought was very good. And then you reverted back to a lot of randomized hitting in the release...this makes me nervous that this will be a bait for purchase.

Please be honest about the game. I understand you want us to purchase it and trust me I WANT TO. But I don’t want to purchase another frustrating version like this years game. So I’d appreciate not being tricked into it.

I agree the beta played well and I thought launch played well too. Admittedly, it became a RNG fest. I think they mostly made tweaks because if not, people would be hitting 400+ online. I know I was averaging 12-16 hits a game. I think they made an over correction. Instead, just make it harder to hit the ball instead of randomizing outcome.

I 100% agree harder to hit but reward the user input. If they did this the game would be perfect.

I hated the alpha too it was boring and everything I smashed was just a lineout at 103+mph. I was annoyed that it was so easy to hit bombs in ’18 and then they made it impossible to get good results on the alpha it made no sense. I had already pre ordered the game at that point so I was like whatever, but hoping this year they actually keep the results realistic when you square up the ball. I'm not asking for an online home run derby again, just don't make me hit the ball right to the shortstop when I get my barrel on it and my timing says good/squared up, it should at least be over his head.
