I didn't play in 2019, but I believe you are looking for the SS 99 that is the latest player collection.

i have all but 4 tokens for him and if i bought out the rest of the cards i need im easily paying a million. Not worth it

I feel you. These cards are never worth the stub tag, just fun to collect. I have them all and about 15M stubs in inventory so its chump change
