Gold Glove question

Hello,

This is probably trivial, but I'm curious.
I finished 2nd in Gold Glove voting at my position (2B).

The guy who finished ahead of me has .991 fielding, 192 putouts, 330 assists.
I am second, with .995 fielding, 234 putouts, 413 assists.
Albies, who has dominated the position in the past, finished 3rd in voting, with .985 fielding, 218 putouts and 377 assists.

My question is this: what's the ranking based on? It's obviously not based on the stats shown on screen, or I'd have finished first.
