Why do my Victorino and Hunter have gold fielding

On their card they have diamond and I’m playing both in their primary positions But In game it shows that they have gold

In Game shield is strictly the Fielding rating, while the symbol on the card takes everything into account

[Nanthrax_1_PSN]

In game is based in fielding stat only for that position.

Out of game is based on arm strength, accuracy and range as well.
