I hope he goes back up. I pulled him in the 90+ max pack and am sitting waiting to see if he falls to an even 100,000, then I'll sell.
It is late for the LS collection but go with your gut.

With how cheap he is now, there’s no reason not to do the LS collection. Him going for less than 100k would’ve been unthinkable two months ago.

Been playing DD since 18 and I got my first ever trout pull last weekend. It was from the +90 pack though so it doesn't really count lol.

Chipper is still my favorite card so for him alone it’s worth it IMO.

The collection gets you 3 very usable cards and most of the LS cards are dirt cheap now. I'd say go for it if you have the stubs.
