I really think pinpoint has made me a less disciplined hitter and more of a free swinger. I would say I have a decent eye and like working the count but it just feels majority of pitches are just dotted. I’ve got caught looking far too much this year then ever and now it’s just not worth it not to swing because it’s usually a 51/49 percent strike. Also I must have a heavier thumb because I swear I breath on the button and swing. Check swings seem non existent for me.

My specialty is telling myself to look for the inside sinker and swinging at it late and popping it up to 1B.
