I was banned for an inappropriate logo or something. I discussed this with support because I would not do anything like that. I talked to Sony and found out my account was being used in a different area than where I am. I showed this to MLB, told him I changed my password, and he said my suspension would be reduced from 365 to 15. Ending July 6, 2021. Since then I’ve sent multiple emails to support, with them not understanding I already talked and discussed my suspension with someone and it should be over, but none of them would respond. I then just ended up getting ignored by MLB for the last month. I put money and time into the account, and I shouldn’t be banned right now. What can I do? I proved it wasn’t me, the support member agreed, but nothing was changed. I’ve tried showing them the email but no response
