Let's drop the Max Scherzer program!
Here's the program that requires 100 points (110 possible):
35 points for (super easy) Showdown:
Showdown has 3 mini bosses before final Mad Max. No blue missions and 500 stubs per entry (which you will get back!). Each mini boss awards 5 runs and you need 16 runs total to win the final showdown.First mini boss is Max Scherzer on the D-backs and only need 1 run with 12 outs. Second mini boss is Max Scherzer in Washington again 1 run needed , #9 spot starts at 3B, and only 5 outs. Third mini boss is Max in LA with needing 3 runs with 12 outs and #8 spot on 3B and #9 spot on 2B (first swing by Vladdy Daddy on the first pitch was all that was needed). Final showdown has 20 outs and should only need 1 run!. My final showdown lineup was:

From what I have seen is that it's a mix of mission and there is likely a few paths to completion

I only looked quickly, but I think if you do all the offline and online moments you get 75 points (65 offline only), so you need SD to get to 100 either way.

Showdown is a must as it is 35 out of the needed 100 points for the program! Moments account for 45 points and missions account for 30 points (20 offline and 10 online).

Unless they add more moments/missions (like they did Field of Dreams), then Showdown is a must and not many other avenues other than you don't have to complete any 2 of either the Moments or Missions (either online or offline....doesn't matter)

Do you think it's possible they add more moments or conquest map to this down the road like they did for the FOD program?

While I usually hate Showdown and avoid it, this one is just like the Showdown from TA3 and TA4, where it’s all mini-bosses and then the final Showdown. I actually enjoy these Showdowns, which I never thought I’d able to say about this mode.
