I find that just doing practice mode on legend doesn’t help much. There are some rosters with pitchers you’ll face in DD frequently or you can make your own with your lineup and pitchers you struggle against. Max out the pitching stats and lower the contact on your hitters. Turn the fastball sliders all the way up but leave offspeed the same. Work fastballs/sinkers first until you get the timing down, then add in the offspeed. Doing that has helped me a ton this year

Hitting on legend doesn't help because the pitch speed is lower. Why I have no idea. The pitch speed for legend online and offline should be the same so you know what it is supposed to be. I have no idea what the real online legend 99 fastball speed is because I constantly see different speeds.

You can change the sliders in practice mode to be much higher velocity on legend. Guarantee, you ramp those sliders up and throw Degrom at your DD team on legend you’ll be hard pressed to put 1 in 10 balls in play (this is of course if you don’t do focused practice).

I would like those speeds to be exactly what they should be in DD for all star, HOF and legend. I really don't understand the benefit of having them different.

Hey man I get it, but I think ping, input lag,monitor refresh rates and frames per second are more to blame in this situation than the actual pitch speeds for each of those difficulties are. I’m fortunate to have a very reliable connection with low ping and a high end gaming monitor which helps out with the overall quality and smoothness of the gameplay. I have a PS5 with a hardwired controller so my input lag is virtually null and void. So I don’t see these issues that are common in these forums when it comes to inconsistent pitch speeds. So using the practice modes is extremely beneficial for me especially when I make the jump AS to HOF in H2H online play.

I have all those you do. I just don't have a server remotely close to me which I think hurts me along with the good fiber connection.
