TA 4 player list

As a Jays fan I love seeing new Jays cards but I was kind of hoping for a position other than 1B. Roy Halladay, Tony Fernandez, George Bell... heck I’d even take World Series MVP Pat Borders.

That said Griffey could be a Reds player card if they do a Milestones card for 600 home runs
Yeah but nobody wants another Griffey card as a Red. It would be like giving Tom Seaver a 300 wins card as a WhiteSox or Tom Glavine a 300 wins card as a Met. Oops, I guess they did that last one already.
I guess I have a lot of issues with the choices they’ve made on cards, but I also guess I have a different perspective on who and what should be reflected by a Signature card compared to a Prime card or an Awards card or Milestone card.

And I hate it. Had to sit through Glavine giving up 7 runs in a third of an inning on the last day of the regular season and I’m supposed to be happy about it? John Franco drove me crazy but at least he was a Met for a million years.

I think that is what has made this years game so fun and fresh is that we are seeing such a variation of cards from past years with only a handful of repeat cards from years past years.
The fact we are seeing players wearing different jerseys on their cards then in past years is so much more interesting and a nice shake up.

SDS doesn't have the rights to any of those players and it's highly unlike we see a new legend as they would have hinted new one were on the way in this program

Jr wasn't all that great on the Reds. He hit #600 with them, but his 99-worthy stats are with the M's.
I don't disagree but look at one of the cards already revealed in Maddux as a Cubs card. The Milestone cards are just Signature series with the sole purpose of being able to place players on different teams and help card diversity.
Don't be surprised if we see other cards like this in this program
Wade Boggs - Milestone cards on the Rays for his 3000 hits
TBF, Maddux played a long time for the Cubs and was very good there including his first CY.

so far not surprised by any of them -- I do wonder if we get a new legend / prospect reveal out of this -- I know super late in the season but something like a Spencer Torkelson or a minor type star "legend " like Kirk Gibson or someone like that who had a great stretch / postseason etc not talking a super name ala Randy Johnson ish.

I will say as much as I like Saberhagen I believe Bobby Witt Jr would have been much better for KC and makes me wonder if he could be a Inning Boss or maybe like Kelenic was and added to a reward path or something.

Man already have to fit Maddux and Bob in my rotation. Thank god I sold off cards before the Flash sale the other day. Gonna bring down some prices I think
