I opened a pack and the contents disappeared…so did my stubs.

I bought a flash sale HR Derby card and got Trey Mancini. He isn’t in my inventory and all of my stubs are gone. Has anyone else had this issue? I used the companion app to do it. Could that be part of the problem?

Same thing happened to me. Chose lance lynn. Doesn’t even say he’s in my most recent opened packs. Lost the pack and the Stubbs
