Companion app issue

When the flash sale “field of dreams” packs had come out I had bought 2 of them. Opened 1 and got a low tier. Opened another and I get the higher tier with Piazza and them, but the companion app crashed and now it is saying I don’t have any packs or none of the players that are in the higher round for the “field of dreams pack” in my inventory. So now I don’t know what to do or to make of this.

If you start up the game and go to packs you might get the option to resume draft

This has always been a nightmare of mine because sometimes my internet drops for no reason. I actually finished a showdown once and my internet dropped about the time I was crossing home plate for the win. Rough couple minutes after that happened.
