Anyone know what time it resets? After I got shorted on my game I turned it off and won’t turn back on until my time is rewarded
From what I read on here it should've given you a message in game stating that you hit the Max and won't incur anymore XP for X amount of hours.
If you didn't get that, you may want to just jump into a Conquest game and get a quick hit and quit.
We're ALL still waiting for any communication from SDS as to whether or not it's a timeframe that they set and is universal or if it starts counting when you first get XP.
Someone earlier said they got the message BEFORE the Inning Program dropped, as they were trying to get to 650K before it ended, and it gave them a timeframe of 10-11 hrs.

Let’s start with the positive of this week. Involving extra innings is cool for offline players. Seems kind of like squad battles on EA games. More rewards or a season type layout would be cool but let’s not go crazy.
Attempting to fix the XP glitches is a nice gesture but all your really doing is increasing the amount of time before the inning bosses reach their basement price on the market. Most people max out the inning without taking advantage of the glitches with about a week left.
Now the bad. These inning bosses are very underwhelming as well as the henchmen at this point in the content cycle as well. But value is different to everyone I suppose. If I’m a big Royals fan this might be my favorite inning so far. But enough on that it has been well covered.
The XP cap is very flawed. I’ve never seen a game producer implement a system in which they encourage people to play their game less. It seems as if SDS has all the data of what the players are doing and just completely ignore it. But I spoke on that in a previous post and got called an idiot.
A more effective fix for the XP exploits would have been to cap a single games XP and not your overall total for the day. If I’m someone who doesn’t work and ignores sunlight I can max out the daily XP cap in 4 hours and then I’ll play another game for the rest of my time avoiding human contact instead of playing The Show and potentially buying stubs.
But people will say; 'why can't you still play after you hit the cap. Just play the game for fun'.
When a mode (DD) is based off obtaining certain cards and rewards based on how much XP you can aquire; why play when you're not getting any XP towards your end goal?
I don't play online and if I want to play vs a CPU controlled team for nothing to show except a W/L that won't mean [censored] 5 mins after you get it: I'll pop in Madden and play Franchise mode.
Is that what SDS wants us to do? Play there game for a few hours a day and them play another title?
I disliked switching from the previous XP reward path and the innings being points based but I feel like I’m probably in the minority there. And I dislike madden this year too and have more fun playing the show but I don’t think SDS wants us to play their game.
I think they just want people to play their game properly, this is the wrong way to go about it but they have an escape plan, they said it would be adjustable so it will eventually be raised and removed.

Between hitting the cap and not getting all points from game and today in madden I couldn’t play new challenges it says servers are down been a bad day in video games here

I agree and I get where they’re coming from it just seems like these decisions to counteract a small amount of people taking advantage aren’t given much thought and they don’t take into consideration how it will effect their players

Ive heard it mentioned by people who have reached the cap, you will get a notification saying you reached the cap and when the reset is. It should be 12 am PST 3 am EST

I think I've found a new fun thread to follow. Like a newsletter voicing all our concerns. I like your approach, not just ripping the company to pieces but providing some constructive feedback. I'm sure the arguments are entertaining

A cap on single games would seem to have been the logical choice here. An XP cap, when you're trying to keep your gamer base engaged as competing games are coming out, just seems counterintuitive.

A 6th inning stream could have helped clarify things

They didn’t want to address it so of course first inning without a steam

There has been a lot less streams in general. I was never as big on them because they would hype up an average card like it was game breaking and I found that sales pitch a bit corny but, some clarity to their customer/fan base at this time would have been respectable.
