Help! Glitched out

I go into my game and it won't let me pitch. I'm almost to the end of the season.
I have a scenario to preform the no hitter.
But the game is glitched where I can't move icon or select anything. It changed my camera angle from the pitcher view to the hitters and then glitched.
All I can do is pause and exit.
I've restarted, hard restarted, deleted local data, deleted the whole game and reinstalled
I don't know what else to do?
All other game modes work fine though
