I'm getting tired of these. Just had to face Goose in the event, got one P-P and off they bat the anouncer called "...and another foul ball" even though it hooked foul by a couple feet.
EV was like 112 MPH, came up as perfect-perfect.
What the hell is going on? It's the thigs like this that make me wonder if there is some sort of play balancing mechanism involved here, or if the hitting is bugged (probably the latter).

I think if the PP is on a pitch out of the zone that a foul ball is fine.
