Tips for breaking out of a slump

Cannot hit for the life of me. Probably sub .200 in this event.
Any tips to break out of this? I’m losing my mind.
Also, Does anyone else have problems hitting with kiner? My goodness, I’m like .070 with him. It is brutal.

I went back home for the summer and the second I got back home I couldn’t hit HOF in ranked to save my life. I was watching some YouTube and the guy said something that changed my approach. Just every pitch always be geared up for the fastball to be early on on time. Even if you’re early on the offspeed it’ll be a hit most times or worst case a foul ball. Just always be ready to hit the fastball

When I get slumps I hit the batting practice for 30 mins or so. Turn all the sliders up and difficulty up and just embarrass myself. Then when I go back into a regular game..the ball speed feels so slow and my PCI seems HUGE compared to batting practice. It takes me a couple batters usually to slow back down to the speed but then I start cracking hits!
