Only giving me one of my loadouts as an option prior to a game...

Before going into a ranked seasons game the screen with my loadout options pops up and I can choose which loadout I want to use.

I currently have my SP loaded. My other loadout is for a SS. I am on my DD team as an SP. But I am only given the option to select the SS loadout prior to a game.
