Sick of this stale garbage, they couldn't even muster enough effort to make a true next gen game for PS5. Just a lazy port...dont even get me started on the cheap and rigged AI that determines everything in game

I can't say I disagree. There were a lot of foul balls last year, but not to this extent where it's now possible to foul of a pitch thrown into the effin dugout and pitches that bounce in front of the plate! Players are now punished for not using PPP and penalizing them by "Perfect Release" pitches on metered that float to the strike zone 90% of the time, where as PPP pitches ALWAYS register "Very Late Release", yet they are rewarded 90% of the time with a DOT pitch! If your going to punish players for using other pitching modes, what's the friggin point in having the option available??? It's just pure stupidity on their part.

Being honest, the only thing this game has it visuals, the gamplay is inconsistent, choppy and AI managed

Content wise I don't mind somewhat being new to the game but for some theres not enough.
Personally I like it so far but gameplay I agree needs some fixes.
I think Im okay at the game but for me I feel like the online i cannot stand playing.
Like the way some people play on here kinda bugs me.
Could there be ways to fix it?
Possibly if they were given penalties of some sort (which wouldnt happen obviously lol)
RNG clearly is something i notice in the game a bit though imo no matter what hitting or fielding controls i use -
SDS owns the MLB license. EA approached them for a buyout earlier but it was turned down. Allegedly, MLB doesn’t want sim competition for The Show. The only “competition” you’ll likely see is RBI and whatever EA puts out now that they own SMB developer Metalhead.

Bare minimum I would appreciate a game that functions properly and doesn’t freeze multiple times a week during H2H games
That seems too hard for SDS to provide

If you go on to any forum for any game and you've never played any of the games yourself, you'd think that every game made is the worst game ever and there isn't a single good game around.

Have to ask: are the complaints exclusively with online play? I have no major issues at all with how it plays offline.

Who do you want to make it? EA? Greedy, no innovation and bad at making online game. 2K? Super greedy, finally showed some innovation this year, bad at making online game.

Everyone on this forum agrees there a fixes that need to be made but coming on and caring everyone a shill who doesn't agree or just saying "this game is recycled trash" is t helping anything. Say what specifically you want to see improved and stop crying about "ai determined outcomes" because it's immediately obvious you think you should be better at the game than you are.
