Platform Exclusivity Error

I keep getting this error when trying to link my PSN and my Xbox accounts. A few weeks ago I unlinked my accounts and when I went to re link them I proceeded to get this error. @Victor_SDS_PSN because of this I am unable to play on my Xbox, only my PS I really hope there is someway to fix this as I may be deploying soon and can only take my Xbox with me.
