So I got something working for me that turned my night around. Simple easy tip that helped me. If your early more than not instead holding the swing button hover your thumb as far above it as you can while still gripping the controller normal.

I have done this once I notice my PCI doesnt seem to move lol. Means I am probably hitting swing before I actually move to the ball.
