Frame skipping online constantly

Play guys from my same state and I still get this 2/3 of my games.
How am I supposed to hit DeGrom in events as the frames literally skip as the pitch comes towards the plate.
Yes Iām wired.
I can play Madden online and almost never get lag. I can play NHL online and almost never get lag. This game is nothing but lag online.

I have this same issue and put a support ticket in.
Some diamonds are worse than others. I had to give up at Ranked Season at 730 because Degrom, as soon as I have runners on, becomes absolutely impossible to hit. You have to piece together his break while it stutters, coming in on Hall of Fame at 102 or 93. Had to go back to BR for now. It happens in BR as well, but All Star is my normal practiced speed (I've gone flawless) - and it's manageable.
I'd elaborate more on what diamond is the worst (by far) but don't want to give a million hungry cheaters fuel to the fire. But there's one in particular, that the game is basically a 3 inning seizure in the making, even on All Star.
I don't think it's online - I think it's the game rendering. I also noticed - that in just two hours of BR, I used 35.6 GB of internet as per my Xbox's menu, and so maybe you're right - and maybe they're rendering the entire thing via the web because of custom stadiums. If that's the case, I'll have to hang up the cleats as soon as I travel (which I'm planning a 6 month RV trip) - was hoping to still play off my 5G connection when in city - but that'll eat my data plan in two games.
