DeGrom is good, but he is not THAT good.

So I decided to go into ranked with a bunch of American League and all star cards to catch up on TA3 and stuff.
Of course, even in the 400’s I matched up with Cabrera and DeGrom. I wanted to try out that FS Logan Gilbert card too, but Cabrera guy quit before I could throw a pitch.
DeGrom game was a typical pitcher’s duel 1-1 through 6 or 7. Buddy must have felt super confident because he let DeGrom hit a third time despite being at around 120 pitches.
Fortunately for me, he proceeded to keep throwing fastballs and hanging sliders and I was able to put up a 5 spot on him in top of the 9th.
I guess the moral of the story is, no pitcher is so good that they will not cough up bombs when tiring. I kept waiting for the guy to go to the pen but he never did. So much the better for me.

I love how everyone uses Cabrera in RS and gets mad because they can't get me out when they start spamming nothing but sinkers thinking the card is unstoppable because of the hype people drove up on him with his so-called "unstoppable" sinker. The guy has other pitches too! Not just a dang sinker.

The real question is, at 120 pitches, was deGrom still in the green? That’s been the issue with Pinpoint, seems to drain stamina a lot slower.

No, he was pretty much out of gas. He was still throwing 100 but control was not as precise. I don’t think my opponent was using pinpoint.

How do people know their opponent use PPP? Stamina is OP online across the board

No it's not. Only with pinpoint does the stamina stay in the green after 100 pitches
