Anyone not feeling rs this season?

Unless your pimp an always get to ws , im just curious if people are going to try for 100 wins on event or br ratjer than the 40 win rs....
I dont think i can handle the grind to 40 wins this season. Moonshot was fun an i like the quick counts to speed up even more right now. Im just less excited for 9inning games now since they take forever

I got 40 wins during moonshot and what’s crazy is I was pitching better with some of the common pitchers than I am with some of my 97+ players now. Chi chi Gonzalez had an era of just over 1 through 40 innings and 99 Shohei has an ERA of 3.2. And in moonshot you could use any of your batters instead of being limited in this one. I don’t get it. I’m honestly considering putting Chi Chi back in my rotation to see what happens.
Edit: whoops sorry I thought you were talking about events. My bad.

With so much grindable content right now, RS just seems less appealing because of the long games and lack of rewards.

I shut down playing RS a couple of months ago because R2 was so bad and I was just switching to PPP at the time, so I was having problems with that. When they announced the fix, I went back in for a game. Experienced some weird throwing lag so ridiculous that I couldn't even get a runner out from a pick-off. Pitcher threw to first on the pick-off and the 1B just delayed releasing the ball over to second. Runner was easily safe. I just quit out of that game and I won't be going back online. Maybe in 10 years they'll figure out the lag, but thanks for the R2 fix.
I think it's a shame when so many of the good rewards are still linked to RS and events play, but online is just a mess in my opinion. I'll have to do without some of the better cards but as I'm not going online right now no one but me needs to worry about the cards I have.

I'm finished on all collections and this past BR so ive been playing ranked. Previous seasons of ranked were fun, this season with all the new cards its not fun facing 100+ mph every game vs pitchers with insane Ks and h/9

I’ve been playing ranked the past few days and it’s been pretty challenging but I’ve had a lot of fun. I’m only a couple games away from WS

I'm not very good so I'll never make WS and to hit 40 wins I'd have to do nothing but ranked for most of the month, so I don't play it very much. I usually only play online when I'm caught up on all the offline content and don't feel like playing another game.
Ranked can be a lot of fun if you're not hypercompetitive though. On the lower levels I usually end up going against someone who sucks about as badly as I do which leads to some really competitive games, and I almost never run into the cheesy tactics that everyone on here complains about.

I'm 0-0 in RS and have only recently played a few event games.

they kinda ruined it by given another CP as BR reward. Would rather grind for Jansen than Goose. Only way I will grind for 40 wins in RS is if it's former Dodgers or big guys like Griffey, Pujols etc etc. Because I ain't making it to WS I would need to get 40 wins.

With rs hitting being nerfed, not fun anymore.
