What am I team building for?

Just curious , aside from building a squad just for fun , I rarely play online. Occasionally I’ll get a desire to pvp , but it isn’t often. I love playing the game , and I wish there was a structured content outside or ranked that I could use my team on , maybe with multiple layers of difficulty. This is what I run into with The Show every year I play. I complete conquest maps super fast , burn through programs and then I’m stuck sitting and waiting for the next cards to get.
What do you guys do offline with your god squads ?

like i would hope team building itself is enjoyable for u, bc if not what r u doing?
besides that i dont have any great suggestions, when i want to do something fun offline with my team, i just use my imagination or manufacture difficult situations for myself--i.e. intentionally falling really far behind in conquest and then trying to come back
